Returned Goods
Return Policy
Please read our return policy carefully. Any returned item must be in new condition and be
in the original box or packaging including any manuals or accessories where applicable.
Physically damaged items will not be accepted. Any items received that are physically
damaged will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. In case of
merchandise that is defective or does not follow the specifications of what the customer
ordered, the customer needs to contact M2Cables within 5 days from the date the
merchandise is received to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to
return the item. For all other items, returns must be initiated with an RMA request within
15 days of purchase. Once an RMA has been issued, the customer has 13 days to return
the package to M2Cables. After we receive the returned items we will issue a credit to the
customer's credit card that should show on their account within 10-15 days. M2Cables
does not credit the original shipping cost nor pay for the return shipping. We do not give
store credit. If exchanging for another item, the customer needs to return the purchased
items that were originally ordered then place another order for the correct items. In any
case, a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will apply to all returned merchandise.
To obtain an RMA number, send an email to customercare@m2cables with your name,
order number, date of purchase, and the item(s) to be returned. Please keep the RMA
number for your reference. Write the RMA number with the above information (or include
a copy of your receipt) and include this inside the package. We do not accept any returned
goods without an RMA number. Not accepting a shipment does not constitute a request
for an RMA the customer will be responsible for returned shipping charges.
Important - Special Orders
Some items are available only as special orders (custom and non-stock). Please note that
special order and non stock items cannot be cancelled or returned once we process your
order. Special orders for SCSI cables and Fiber Optics cables are non returnable.
