Tracking Your Package
Once your order is shipped you will receive email notifications to the email address you used to
place your order from "QuantumView", which is a UPS notification service. Your UPS tracking
number will be located in these emails with easy to launch web links to allow you to track your
package. In addition, QuantumView will send you updates on the status of your shipment such
as any delays, when it was delivered, etc.
For your convenience, you can also launch the UPS link below which will allow you to
enter your tracking number (a UPS logon ID is not required).

How to Determine Shipping Costs Prior to Buying
The easiest way to determine the shipping costs of the various options is to go ahead and add the
items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. Next step is to proceed to go thru the check
out process where you can select the method of shipping such as UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air,
etc. The "Review" stage is where you can see your total purchase with the specified shipping
costs. To get to this part, you will need to put in your address information. Shipping cost will
be calculated based on the weight of the products, the destination and the shipping method you
select. Keep in mind that it is more cost effective to ship several items than it is for just one. For
quantity purchases that exceed the maximum weight allowed, the shipping will default to 0 and in
that case we will contact you for the appropriate shipping method and related costs.
Shipping Methods
In the event that the shipping method you selected is not supported for your destination (for
example, APO/FPO is intended for off-shore military destinations only), we will attempt to
contact you to make the appropriate change. Most orders will ship the next business day unless
the item is not immediately available. For urgent orders such as overnight and 2nd day air, we
ship them the same day if ordered before noon.
