constitute to us at M2Cables that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions as
stated at M2cables site. In addition, by engaging in business with M2Cables the customer
has read and agreed to M2Cables terms and conditions.
Prices
M2Cables reserves the right to change our pricing at any time without advance notice. We
also reserve the right to correct any typographical errors without advance notice. The item
price does not include the cost of shipping.
Purchase Orders
We do accept purchase orders for qualified customers. Please call for qualification
requirements and details. Verbal purchase orders are not accepted. All puchase orders
are subject to minimum order requirement of $15.00.
Shipping
We use UPS for shipping. Please make sure that the ship-to information is accurate before
submitting your order. If you need to make a change on your ship-to address after you
place your order, contact us immediately and we can change the ship-to address before
we give it to UPS. UPS will return packages to us that cannot be delivered and we will
contact the customer to obtain an accurate ship-to address. In this case, additional
shipping charges will apply to re-send the package. Shipping costs are calculated via the
shopping cart and you can review the various shipping options prior to actually placing
your order. The customer is responsible for all address correction charges.
Once your order is shipped, you can will receive email on how to track your order thru
UPS Quantum View Database System. Note that you can go to www.ups.com and enter
the tracking number that is emailed to you to track your order. Most orders will ship the
next business day unless the item is not immediately available. For urgent orders such as
overnight and 2nd day air, we get them out the same day if ordered by 2pm PST if the
items are in stock. M2Cables does not credit the original shipping cost nor pay for the
return shipping.

special order items cannot be cancelled or returned once we process your order.
